1) HOTEL
For the hotel accommodation in Vyborg please supply us the rooming list of your Team with the exact
dates of entry and departure.
2) VISA
For the visa support please send us the following information for each participant:
Name, Surname
Date of birth
Passport Number
Date of issue
Date of expire
Nationality
Permanent address
We also need the scan of each passport
We will prepare the official letter of invitation foe each member of the Team and deliver to you by e-mail/
In case you need the original copy of the Invitation please indicate your reference number with express
mail company and we will arrange the delivery to indicated address.
2) CUSTOM
Please prepare the ATA-carnet form according to the International legislation in ENGLISH.
Please provide us in advance (non later thn 2 weeks of the entry to Russia) the full list of the equipment,
the cars registration numbers and names of the persons with their passport detils.
In case the correct information is prepared on time the Competitor will have a chance to cross Finish-
Russian border on the GREEN LINE.
3) RENTAL CARS
Please inform us if you need the assistance with the rental cars.
